Episode 8 Mental Clutter – 7 Reasons why we have mental clutter and how we can clear our minds once and for all!

Do you ever feel like your brain is racing so fast that you are feeling overwhelmed due to your own thoughts? Do you have a hard time processing your thoughts because you have too many going on? If so, you are most likely experiencing mental clutter or what some people call mind clutter.

So why do we have mental clutter? In this episode, I list 7 main reasons why we tend to have mental clutter, and provide several tips on how you can clear your mind. By sharing them with you today, I am hoping that you will relate to some of these reasons and will be able to work towards clearing your mind once and for all.

If I have mental clutter, one of the things that really works for me is doing a brain dump. I need to write everything down and do an action plan on how I am going to achieve all my tasks and goals. I go into more details about the brain dump in Episode 7 “How to Be More Productive”, and I also provide a free template that you can download and use to help you do a brain dump, list and achieve your goals.
