Episode 15: Behind in Getting Your Tasks Done? What I did to keep me on track and get organized!
/

Description

Do you ever get behind in your tasks and feel overwhelmed? Want to get organized and stay on track?

If so, I am going to share with you how I have been feeling lately, how my tasks have been falling behind, and what I did to help me get more organized.

As many of you know, I am the owner of a home organizing business and there are 6 of us on the team, and we are growing. If I listed all my responsibilities, I would be here all day and you would be bored silly. So I won’t bore you with all the details, but I can tell you that I am responsible for answering the phone, emails, social media, writing newsletters and blogs, hiring staff, holding staff meetings, scheduling staff, payroll, bookkeeping, speaking with clients, doing speaking and television engagements, doing in home consultations for a whole home organization or packing jobs, and I also went on many of the organizing and packing jobs. Plus so much more. Oh my gosh that is a lot!

All these responsibilities were taking a toll on me and I could barely keep up. I was working 7 days a week.

And then my father got very ill with cancer. I now had the responsibilities of running the business, and taking my father to his appointments and talking to nurses and doctors.

I was struggling to keep everything together and get all my tasks done. In this episode, I discuss what I did to help me get back on track and get organized. And I ask you questions to help you figure out how you can get your tasks done and become less stressed. You can do it!
