Episode 09: Four Types of Disorganization. Which category do you fall under?

Do you have a lot of clutter but not sure which category you fall under?

In this week’s episode, I talk about 4 types of disorganization and the difference between them. Hint, one is a disorder that is listed in the DSMV. The remaining 3 are not considered a disorder, but are very relevant for many people who have a lot of clutter. If you have a lot of clutter but are not sure which category you would fall under, this episode is for you. You will learn about the 4 different categories and also how you can get more information on one of the categories.
