I remember the days I was waiting for the phone to ring, and when it did, I got excited thinking maybe this will be that client that I really need. Maybe I will finally bring in some income for my family. I no longer have to worry about getting clients and it is such a great feeling. It has been 4 years since I first started my business Second Set of Hands (www.secondsetofhands.ca) and I now have a team of employees. During my first year, I was working full-time as a Government employee and working on the business part-time. I had clients but not a lot. Working full-time kept me busy, and I didn’t have the time to work on the business like I would have liked. So what did I do? I quit my government job and put 100% into running Second Set of Hands. Best decision I have ever made because now I am running a very successful business that helps so many people. I have the best job, best employees and the best clients.
Along the way, it wasn’t always perfect. I made mistakes.  I made poor business decisions, because I was a new business owner and had to learn the hard way. One Hour Coaching Call – $150
Have a few questions you would love to have the answers to? Schedule a one hour coaching call so I can give you the answers you are looking for.

VIP package – $595 – a $80 savings

Business Coaching Questionnaire – designed to provide me with information on where you are at with your business now, where you want to be, any struggles you may have, and you will also be given the chance to list any burning questions that you would love to know the answers to.

1 hour information session – During the information session we will chat about what areas you would like help with. Everyone’s business is at different levels and not all organizers will have the same questions. This hour will provide us with a clear direction on how you would like your business to grow. 

2 One and a half hour coaching calls – This is where we will get down to business. During these calls we will put a step by step action plan together to help you grow your business to the level you want. 

30 minute follow up call – We discussed what struggles you have in your business, we put an action plan together designed to reach your goals, and now we will have a follow-up call to see how things are going. I love hearing all the successes during this call. If you have any additional questions, now is the time to ask.

VIP Plus Package – $1300.00 a $200 savings

Business Coaching Questionnaire – designed to provide me with information on where you are at with your business now, where you want to be, any struggles you may have, and you will also be given the chance to list any burning questions that you would love to know the answers to.

2 hour Information session – This information session is similar to the VIP 1 hour information session, but we will be able to tackle twice as many questions and action plans. If you have a lot of  questions you would like answered, action plans geared towards your specific goals, and several coaching calls, then this package would be the best fit for you. 

4 One and a half hour coaching calls OR 3 two hour coaching calls – We will strategize and create a plan of action to help you grow your business. Not sure where to start? Feeling overwhelmed? Want more clients? Want to be known as the organizing expert in your area? During these coaching calls, i will be able to help you with all of these questions plus more! I can help you grow your business so you no longer need to worry about the lack of money coming in. 

One hour follow-up call – This call will be set up to discuss how your business has progressed and celebrate your successes. If you still have questions, now will be the time to ask.
